My name is Mr Paul Braithwaite I am a Tennant of the Trust at the Runcorn Estate, and decided to create this site to pass information / views regarding Tenancy within the Trust.

This is mainly due to the fact that Guinness Trust seem unable or unwilling to create a web site,   so hopefully this will strike a nerve in there Technical department.

There are a few rules that must be followed when posting Messages/Comments in order not to offend anyone.  (Although I can see Guinness themselves not being happy about this site). 

No bad language

No personal details to be Given, ether your own or anyone else

If you wish to discuss or mention a particular individual Do not mention them by name, address,  or any information that may lead to the disclosure of there identity,  e.g., If it is a Tennant, refer to them as Tennant A/B etc. If it is a member of the Guinness staff refer to them by There Position, i.e.  Housing Manager

The idea is that anyone who uses the site can reply to any posted message they wish to, In fact I encourage it the more information we send each other the better informed we are.

Use this to post Information/Messages for anyone who uses the site

If you need help/Information or simply want a different opinions on a particular matter  Post it here,  anyone who uses the site may add a reply

This can be a useful tool for Giving/Collecting information,  and failing that at lest its an excuse for a chat,
